Take My Life and Let it be (score notes)

I hope this is not violating any copyright whatsoever. I took a picture from church's hymn to get the musical scores... I long to play this on organ/piano.

Here is some info about the writer. Frances Ridley Havergal (1836-1879) was an extraordinary woman. The daughter and sister of Anglican clergyman, she dedicated her life to her faith - committing all of the New Testament and much of the Old to memory, and learning Latin, Hebrew, and Greek to aid her understanding. From her depth of scriptural knowledge and intense personal faith, she wrote hymns that were both inspiring and firmly rooted in God's word. Other hymns besides Take my life and let it be - she wrote: Who is on Lord's side?; Like a River Glorious; I am trysting Thee, Lord Jesus
